2022.01.21 23:37 bionicPUMA My dad died today, please. I tried to post a photo post but it disappeared and I don't know how to add a text and image post
I'm not sure what I'm trying to say really. I can't feel him and I know that sometimes it takes time. I may not be able to feel him because it's too close to me and in the past that's been my experience. I will pay. Can any of the mediums/energy sensitives/ psychics here feel anything? I'll provide a picture if anyone picks up on this. I'm not looking for comfort or peace because that's not always the case. I'm just looking for... something. Anything. Please. I had a dream this morning before he passed that a man was helping another man (I now know it's my dad that was the other man) find his daughter because she was missing/ the man couldn't find his daughter. Lots of symbolism there and this isn't uncommon for me. My ex best friend came to me instantly when she crossed out of her body in a dream and wouldn't leave me alone for years. Can anyone sense/feel/ pick up on anything?

2022.01.21 23:37 Jurong_West Slept with both forearms on desk edge at an angle. Both palms and both hands the index, middle, ring and little finger feel odd. Thumb and motor skills are not affected. 40M.
Not painful just feels less sensitive and there is a swelling/bloated feeling in the fingers. When I sleep with forearms down or even pressing on a pillow, there is a chance of waking up with numb fingers so I sleep forearms facing up. Also the arm + hand feels generally stiff just no aches and pains. Most sensitive at the finger tips when I try to get change from pocket and etc.
Since there is strength and touch, I think is the nerves at the forearms got compressed. Anyone knows how long it will take before things get back to normal?

2022.01.21 23:37 EntropyDensity How do dockerfiles work in portainer?
Am I missing something in regards to how dockerfiles work in portainer? (I am a noob).
If you build a new image in portainer, is there a way to associate the "dockerfile" (i.e. entered via the Web Editor, or imported from a dockerfile) that was used to build the image with the resulting image?
If not how do I update / maintain the built image moving forward? i.e. docker-compose build --pull Do I have to manually build the image from scratch again? In that case it would mean that I have to keep a copy of the dockerfile somewhere myself outside of portainer (to import, or copy and past into the Web Editor)?
I was hoping that there would be a similar system as to how stacks are setup, i.e. a stack is effectively a "docker-compose" that is stored within portainer (as I see it). But "dockerfiles" don't seem to be stored in portainer to be used to generate built images?

2022.01.21 23:37 LynzHK Pain and weakness in wrist and hands after treatment.
Hello 👋 I had my first acupuncture treatment last week. It was with a TCM doctor to treat my stomach, reflux and gas.
I had two needles in each arm, just above my wrists.
The first needle in my right arm was quite intense and felt like a popping and vibrating sensation around my body going up to my head. I felt rather dizzy for around 10 seconds. My fingers on my right hand went purple for a few seconds afterwards.
The second needle wasn’t as intense and I didn’t experience such a sensation. The treatment was 15 minutes.
After the treatment I felt relaxed for the rest of the day. Around 2 days after I started experiencing a new pain in my wrists, fingers and arms. The right arm and hands got worse after the 3rd day, and the joints in my hand and wrist feel weak and I experience pain when I move them. It has been 8 days since the treatment and the pain hasn’t subsided.
I never had pain in these areas before the treatment. Would you say this is normal?

2022.01.21 23:37 TheZenPsychopath Children's book where a fruit tree is a metaphor for life skills and you can only pick some before they rot, and if you wait too long they'll all be rotton.
It would have been ~15 years ago, fiction, possibly rhyming since it was a children's book.
I am not 100% sure but I think I recall it being black and white and a bit cartoony. It isn't the giving tree but the image in my mind is like slightly bolder Shel Silverstein
I think the main character was a little girl. She kept having trouble finding the perfect fruit (fig maybe?) until they had all gotten overripe. They all rot and she's sad, and her indecision and wanting things to be perfect was to blame for her getting nothing
The parallel between the fruit and life skills was pretty in your face and not just a vague metaphor
